Information on our site and in our messages is general and is not medical advice. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from photos.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment is due when you order. Sales tax is added where required.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship to United States addresses only. Orders usually ship within 1 - 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns: We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

Email communications

When you place an order, we email you about it. If you sign up for marketing emails, we will also send launches, restocks, skincare tips, offers, and reminders about checkouts you started. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

Text message (SMS) terms

By entering your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Aristotle Cosmetics at that number, such as launch and restock alerts, offers, and cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.
